Privacy and cookie policy
BusiTransfer (https://busitransfer.com) is the file transfer service of the BusiMatch Network, powered by BusiTools. This page explains what we store, for how long, and which cookies are used. A Dutch summary follows below.
1. Who we are
BusiTransfer is operated by DVC Graphics, Belgium, as part of the BusiMatch Network (https://busimatch.club). Questions: use the contact options on busimatch.club.
2. What we store
- Transferred files are stored encrypted-at-rest by the hosting provider, outside the public web root, and are only reachable through an unguessable download link (48 random hexadecimal characters). We never open, convert, scan for advertising or modify your files; a SHA-256 checksum lets recipients verify that the downloaded file is identical to the uploaded one.
- Transfer details: sender e-mail address, optional recipient e-mail address, title, message, expiry date, file names, sizes and checksums.
- Technical log data: the IP address and browser identification of the uploader and of each download, used to detect abuse, to enforce rate limits and to block misuse.
- Account data: when you log in with your BusiMatch account we receive your BusiMatch user ID, name, e-mail address and membership level through OpenID Connect. BusiTransfer never sees or stores your password.
3. How long
Files are deleted automatically after the retention period of the account level used for the transfer:

- Plus: De bestanden blijven 7 dagen beschikbaar
- Pro: De bestanden blijven 30 dagen beschikbaar
- Business: De bestanden blijven 30 dagen beschikbaar
Transfer records and download logs are removed together with the files. Abandoned uploads are removed within 24 hours.
4. Cookies
- Session cookie (PHPSESSID): strictly necessary, keeps your upload session, login and security token. Removed when you close the browser.
- Language preference: stored in your browser's local storage, never sent to us.
- Advertising cookies (Google AdSense): shown only to visitors without a paid BusiMatch account (Guest and Free). Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure advertisements. Members with a Plus, Pro, Business or LTD account see no advertising and no Google advertising script is loaded for them. Read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com or via aboutads.info.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: a privacy-friendly bot check before an upload starts. Cloudflare may set a short-lived cookie for this purpose.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time. A transfer can be deleted before its expiry date on request of the sender. Contact us through busimatch.club.
6. Hosting
BusiTransfer is hosted in the United Kingdom / European Union by 20i Ltd. Data is not sold to third parties.

BusiTransfer bewaart je bestanden buiten de webroot, alleen bereikbaar via een onraadbare link, en wist ze automatisch na de bewaartermijn van het gebruikte niveau. We wijzigen, converteren of scannen je bestanden nooit en voegen er nooit reclame aan toe. We bewaren afzender, ontvanger, titel, bericht, bestandsnamen, IP-adres en browser (tegen misbruik). Log je in met BusiMatch, dan krijgen we je Busi ID, naam, e-mail en niveau; nooit je wachtwoord.
